What Size Does My Pet Wear?

As a general rule of thumb for selecting dog clothing sizes, the most important measurement is the length.

To measure:  Take a cloth [or flexible] measuring tape and measure in inches, along your dog’s spine from the collar to the base of the tail.  Round up to the nearest size.

If your pet's measurements fall in between two sizes, has a thick coat [fur], or is a longer in length [dachshund, corgi, etc] we suggest ordering the next larger size.

Prices and Shipments :

The prices listed in our catalog are FOB from our warehouse in RI and are subject to change without notice.  We usually ship in-stock items within 3 to 7 business days.  In the event that your item is not in stock, we will notify you with an estimated time of delivery.  If your order is urgent, please call us directly. 

Drop Ships:

We will drop ship items.  There is a $10.00 fee per ship for this service.  There is no minimum for this service, however, please take note of our returns policy.

Returns:

We will gladly exchange or offer a company credit for defective products only!  If you will be returning or exchanging a defective product, you must contact us within 24 hours of your delivery.  We will give you an authorization number and instructions to return the items.  Please note that exchange/credit will be issued only after your return has been inspected at our warehouse*.  If we choose to issue a company credit, this credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.  No exceptions.

Pet Beds & Carriers :

Due to health and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns/exchanges for pet carriers or bedding products.

How To Care For Sheepskin:

Washing Sheepskin: 

Sheepskin can be laundered. BUT, you must take the extra time to make sure it is done carefully and properly. Just follow these simple instructions:

• Place sheepskin in washing machine.  We recommend using a FRONT END loader to prevent damage by the agitator.
• Use COLD water and GENTLE cycle settings ONLY.
• DO NOT USE LAUNDRY DETERGENT OR WOOLITE! Both can ruin the skins. We recommend Kookaburra or Eucalan. These two products are a mild shampoo with conditioner specifically designed for sheepskin products.
• Sheepskin can be partially dried in the dryer on a gentle AIR SETTING to speed the drying process. DO NOT USE ANY HEAT AT ANY POINT IN THE CLEANING PROCESS!*
• Finish drying the skin by hanging it or laying it fleece down out of direct sunlight. Carefully comb the fleece in one direction while it is still wet. Make sure that the sheepskin has dried completely before using.
• When the skin is dry, use a steel pet brush to bring back to original straight haired appearance. When brushing use short upward strokes and be careful not to pull the fleece hard.

* Heat will make the sheepskin shrink, causing irreparable damage.
